Jacques attained his B.Juris LLB degrees at the University of Port Elizabeth in 1992 where after he completed his articles at Landman & Co. in Humansdorp. He was admitted as an attorney and conveyancer in 1996. With over 25 years of experience, he heads the Family Law and Civil Litigation departments. Throughout his years of practice, he has gained vast experience in divorces, custody disputes, maintenance matters, domestic violence matters, drafting of antenuptial contracts, civil litigation, vehicle collisions, sequestrations, rehabilitations, liquidations and curatorships. Apart from private clients, he has long-standing relationships with various correspondent attorney firms and legal insurance companies.

Nachelle completed her LLB degree at Nelson Mandela Metropolitan University in 2016, laying the foundation for her legal career. She was admitted as an attorney in 2020 and joined the firm in August 2023. Throughout her career, she has gained experience in civil litigation, criminal litigation, and labour law. Since joining the firm, Nachelle has further developed her expertise in various areas, including civil litigation, maintenance matters, domestic violence matters, and debt collection. Additionally, she oversees the firm’s legal insurance department and also attends to correspondent attorney matters.

Tessa is an integral and dedicated member of the team. She holds a Legal Secretary National Diploma and has 20 years’ experience in various aspects of the legal field. Over and above assisting the team with the daily functioning of the firm, she specifically forms a key part of the firm’s correspondent attorney matters.
